In the heart of Ceva, the Carlo Marenco Theatre is much more than a stage space:

Born in 1860 from the will of the Società Filodrammatica cebana and the participation of the community,
is today a landmark for live art, people-to-people encounters and cultural growth in the area.
1860
InaugurationThe Carlo Marenco Theatre is inaugurated on a project by engineer Giovanni Levi, at the behest of the Ceban Philodramatic Society.
1930s
New functionsThe theatre is also transformed into a cinema, expanding its cultural and social role.
1978
Accommodation workDuring the interventions, a medieval column emerges, evidence of the historical stratification of the site.
2007
RestorationThe Marenco Theatre reopens fully restored, recovering its original architectural and artistic value.
Today
Present and futureAn active cultural presidium, open to the community and the new generations.
